Zakres obowiązków:

Within the sales department, your goal ist o support the expansion of the network of MBE Franchise stores in Poland.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • You work on prospecting to recruit potential candidates, converting them into new franchisees through a structured qualification process. 
  • You organize Open House, Webinars and every initiative related to the recruitment of new franchisees such as trade shows.
  • You collabprate with the Marketing Team to:
    • create local contents to advertise the MBE business in Poland, to increase the brand awareness and to promote the MBE Franchise Network
    • Implement performance-oriented offline and online marketing mix
    • launch and control of various mailings: internal and external communication including evaluation, analysis and reporting
    • Design and regularly manage e-mail newsletters via our internal CRM
  • Run reports and administer BMS (CRM Intranet tool) and enter leads received, as well as preparing briefing presentations covering pipeline and forecast 
  • Support new franchisees with administrative procedures and help them find the best location
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments (IT, Finance, Network Sales & Operations) in pre-opening activities
  • Verify that the store meets the branding guidelines and is ready to open.
Wymagania:

Requirements:

  • University level degree
  • Any experience in B2B markets / services / business sales will be a plus. 
  • Advanced user of MS Office Products (Excel + PowerPoint), Google Suite (gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets) and other business productivity software
  • Your way of working is pragmatic, goal-oriented and responsible
  • You are an organizational talent with a hands-on mentality
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • knowledge of online marketing and analytics is a plus
  • skills in the areas of SEA (Google Ads, Microsoft Bing) and social advertising (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & Co.) is a plus
